Made in store at G. McBean Family Butchers, our ham glaze includes has been developed to enhance the flavour of our smoked hams.

Ingredients include brandy, brown sugar, maple syrup, pomegranate molasses, plum sauce, mustard powder, onion powder and bay leaf.

Ingredients include brandy, brown sugar, maple syrup, pomegranate molasses, plum sauce, mustard powder, onion powder and bay leaf.

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

Prepare a fully-cooked bone-in ham by scoring the fat and placing it in a roasting pan.

Bake the ham for about 15-20 minutes per pound, uncovered.

Make a glaze with ingredients like brown sugar, honey, or maple syrup.

Brush the glaze over the ham 30 minutes before it's done.

Continue baking until the glaze caramelizes, and the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).

Let it rest for 15-20 minutes, slice, and serve.
